There are two classifications of animal fat, not much difference but called saturated fat and unsaturated, about 50% of animal fats are saturated, in fact about half of your mothers breast milk was and she knew from nature what she was doing. Eat all the Saturated fat you want, (unsweetened) Tune out the nonsense (see our article How the "Bad Saturated Fat" Story and Others "Nonsense" Stories Get Started) that you should avoid "bad" saturated fat, the politically correct push (originated to sell you something else) not based on any scientific evidence.

Tune out that nonsense, and eat all you want just like your ancestors did for thousands of years.

Compensate: Find source of meat and eggs free range poultry and animals, grass raised beef, pork and mutton etc. (non confined, with free movement) Also Man Has Screwed up: Added Problem....Corn fed, Meat and Eggs, have low CLA content. Find grass fed source of meat and eggs, no growth hormones, chemicals or antibiotics. which automatically have high CLA necessary to prevent weight gain, prevent cancer etc.

• Penned, Stressed Animals. No free range
• Fed Growth Chemicals- Hormones
• Fed Antibiotics.

Avoid All Man Made Fats Or Man Modified. All Are Screwed Up, Do Not Eat Or Feed To Pets.
No Cooking Vegetable Oils, (Crisco etc) No Vegetable Fats No Margarine No Hydrogenated fats.
