Your doctor likes steady income simply writing 2 renewal annually prescriptions for this sort of stuff and your druggist loves it, with this kind of margin big pharmaceutical, spends millions controlling the ad media,
and makes a big political donation to keep the system intact and declares a big dividend and the stock rises....your retirement fund is in good shape and you are convinced it is a great system, and everybody is happy.......
......who are we to complain....
